Discover
This is where we make initial contact. Click on the link below and get the process started. We will contact you within 24-48 hours to set up a discovery call to see what your situation is and how we can help. Once we have a grasp on what you are looking for we will move to the next stage the "Diagnostic".
Diagnostic
In this stage we will take a deep dive into your current books system or lack there of and see what will need to be done to accomplish your goals. We will look through any existing books you have or create a plan to create your bookkeeping from scratch. In the end you will receive a written report with our findings as well as an estimate outlining our recommendations and projected costs. You can then select from that the services you would like to complete and we will send you an engagement letter to sign. If you sign the engagement letter the $250 deposit will go towards this first invoice. Should you not move forward with services we will keep the $250 deposit and you can keep our diagnostic review of your bookkeeping to use as you see fit.

Delivery
Once you have received our proposal and have chosen the services you'd like we will sign an Agreement. After that we will begin our onboarding process that will get you set up for everything we will need to get your bookkeeping started. Once the onboarding is finished we will keep up with your bookkeeping to free you up to move your business forward. As always we will be there to be a partner in helping you build the business you dream of.
